Contracting (aka ‘Fixing’)

As a Musicians’ Union Approved Contractor – often called a ‘fixer’ – we are authorised by the Musicians’ Union to engage musicians for session work using our extensive list of players around the country.

Stage Management

From setting up the stage and managing the musicians, to packing everything away at the end, we provide full Management services to ensure your event runs smoothly on the day.

Music & Artists

Need a hand getting hold of music or artists? We’re happy to track them down for you!

Financial Management

Not sure how best to handle payments to a whole orchestra? Leave it to us! We handle all the invoicing on behalf of the musicians we book, including VAT for those registered, meaning you only have to make one payment.

Accommodation & Travel Bookings

We can check the local area for hotel rates for you, explore transport options to get everyone there on time, and handle all the administration for you – including the input of Advance Passenger Information (API) for flights and production of boarding passes.

Website Design & Maintenance

Many clients have ‘Player Login’ areas of their websites showing latest information, music etc. We’re happy to keep these updated for you, or build a website for you from scratch to your design specifications if you need.

Safe Working Practices

Need advice on current H&S practices such as socially-distanced working or noise at work guidelines? We’re happy to assist with Risk Assessments, procurement of PPE, and ensuring everyone is fully briefed ahead of your event.

Technical Requirements & Venue Liaison

Not sure what you need? We can co-ordinate all the event information for you, and then send these ‘Tech Reqs’ over to the venue on your behalf. We can even handle hires of instruments or technical equipment for you if you need.

Project-based, or permanent support

Whether you need help the odd day here and there, for a one-off event, or are looking for assistance on an ongoing basis, our flexible approach can help you when you need it most, without ongoing financial overheads or commitments.

Paper-Free

We aim to be as environmentally-friendly as possible, and primarily work using online systems – even with an electronic contracting system for our players, meaning once they’ve electronically signed their contract it’ll automatically appear in your inbox.

Remote Working

Working remotely, we use a cloud-based system so you can see the work we’re doing on your project ‘live’ – including Player Lists, budgets and progress with fixing.
